Saint is a 4th generation Missionary. She comes from a family who tirelessly build the Christian culture. Her start was in her Grandpa’s church in a small town in rural Mississippi; now Saint serves as the first modern Christian influencer under the global imprint tymple. Saint went from going live in her Father’s living room to millions streaming her live performance in the headquarters of Facebook, a sold out Mississippi Coliseum and 52,000 in a Texas arena for Joel Osteen. This small town girl has even been featured in Forbes alongside MC Lyte, Estelle, Ann Nesby, and Syleena Johnson for her influence on the youth along the Gulf Coast.

Her inspiration is as classic as her sound, studying the likes of Mahalia Jackson, Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin, Billie Holiday and many more. Saint’s counter partner 2x Grammy, Dove, BMI and Stellar award winning artist Sir the Baptist describes her as the Songbird of Gospel. Her voice ranges from a beautiful bright rich pop tone to a dark and gritty southern bluesy rasp. Every arrangement is timelessly crafted and every visual she’s veiled as a modern Saint. Her lifestyle content as a southern belle brings back classic fashion and etiquette to the Bible Belt of America. Man Upstairs is a southern gospel record by the duo Sir & Saint. This is Gospel with a jazz undertone. This song feels like a basement party in the 80’s with vinyls being spun by the cousin who had the best collection. The horns and upright piano feels like the disco era but the lyrics are as witty as a casual conversation.
